The Caravan Club user agreement According to the laws related, Wagon club has established our user agreement. Any users who read and approve this agreement can enjoy the services provided by the Caravan Club, the partner bank and the other organizations. Approve the agreement Wagon club is the only one who processes and operates all the service. All the service must executed strictly according to the company rules, user agreement and operational regulations. Once you finish the registration, click the button”Finish”, possess the credit card of the partner bank or go through the all the formalities require, you accept the user agreement and reach the agreement with the Caravan Club and the other copartnery 2. Service explanation By applying his own operation system, the Caravan Club provides the services to the users online, so the users must: 1) Be able to pay the fee through internet 2) Have a personal email box 3) Possess the credit card and pay account of our partner bank. 3. Users’ obligations The Caravan Club has signed the detailed cooperative treaty with the banks and other related organizations. Considering the importance of our service supplied, you need to meet the requirements below: a) According to our register form, please provide us your real, correct, latest and complete personal information. b) Maintain and update your personal information, making sure they are real, correct, latest, and complete. If you provide any false, incorrect, outdated and incomplete information, the Caravan Club has the right to suspend and termine your account, and decline to offer you any service in an unlimited duration. Please notice that this service is designed for most of the users. So as your children’s legal guardian, you are responsible to consider whether these services (or contents) are suitable for them. The Caravan Club has no responsibility for identifying the validity, applicability and the novation of the register information In addition, users can authorize the Caravan Club to send the basic information to the third party. However, the Caravan Club can not open users’ s additional information to the public, unless: 1) The user requires or authorizes the Caravan Club to open the information to public through the email. 2) The Caravan Club is required to offer the user’s personal information by laws or procedures relevant. If you supplied the incorrect information, the Caravan Club has the right to termine your services at anytime. When you accept the service provided by the Caravan Club, you are consent to accept every information service from the Caravan Club. Special description: The enterprises relate to tourism industry, including the travel agencies, hotels and avian companies, have made the commitment with the Caravan Club to keep on signing the treaties on the internal price of the products as well as public-serving contracts, and execute them explicitly. 4. Mortification of the user agreement The Caravan Club mortifies the user agreement when it is necessary. Once the user agreement is mortified, the amending parts would be listed on the page before you starting your next service. If you agree, press the “I agree” button; if not, we will cancel your service and the other correspondent qualifications. The users need to confirm two items before accepting the further services of the Caravan Club 1) Confirm the user agreement and its mortification. 2) Agree and accept the new user agreement. 5. Mortification of the services. The Caravan Club has the right to mortify and termine the service without informing the users. The Caravan Club exercises the right with no responsibility to the users or the third party 6. Privacy policy Respecting the personal privacy of our users is the basic policy of the Caravan Club. The safety of user’s ID and password Once you finish the registration and become our user, you are given a password and an ID. If you lost your password and ID, you assume all the responsibilities and the result caused by this fault. Moreover, every user undertakes the responsibility for all his/her activities and operations. You may mortify your password at any time, as well as termine your old ID and re-register a new one. If you found anyone illegally using your ID or any loophole in the system, please inform the Caravan Club immediately. Special description: it’s your obligation to keep your password and ID in safety. You are responsible to all the activities under your ID and password. We have no responsibility to any damage or loss cause by these activities. You agree with the items below: a) You should inform the Caravan Club immediately when your ID and password are illegally used by the others, or under the occurrences of any other safety problems. b) Logout every time you disconnect the internet. If you can not follow the instruction, you might not be protected by the Caravan Club on the safety issue. 8, Guarantee exemption Users agree to take the risk of using the email service. The Caravan Club articulately refuses to supply any type of guarantee, neither????????????. The Caravan Club neither guarantees the service satisfying the user, nor the continuance of the services, nor the safety and mistake of the services. The Caravan Club refuses to supply any guarantee, including whether the information can be correctly and smoothly transferred in time. All information that users understand and accept (download or obtain through the services of the Caravan Club), depend upon the user himself/herself, and he/she undertakes the risk and responsibility of the systemic damage and the information lost. User can not receive any opinion or information in written or oral. 9. Limited liability The Caravan Club is not responsible to the loss caused directly, indirectly, incidentally, specially and continually by the reasons below: improperly and illegally use the user service and deliver the wrong message. These damages are hurtful to the image of the Caravan Club. 10. The storage and limitation of the user personal information in the Caravan Club The Caravan Club is not responsible for the loss or deletion of the information posted by users. The Caravan Club does not upper limitation for the amount of data uploaded by users, but it has the right to judge whether the behavior of the users is in accord with the requirement of our user agreement. If the user violates the agreement, the Caravan Club cancels he/her ID. The Caravan Club and the authors possess the copyright of all the articles. Anyone intends to forward the articles should be authorized by the authors or the Caravan Club. 11. User management User undertakes the responsibility of the content he/she posted. The users use the service under the regional laws, national laws and international laws. User must follow: 1) All the information uploaded should be in accord with the relevant Chinese laws. 2) Can not illegally abuse the user online service. 3) Can not interfere the regulation of the online service 4) Comply with the treaty, rules and procedure of user online service. User online service applies internet to send and receive information. So the user behavior guide is based on the laws, policy and procedure of internet. Users must commit not to transfer anything illegal, deceitful, harass, harmful, offensive, threatening, vulgar and obscene. In addition, user can not transfer anything to urge the others on a criminal act; can not transfer anything weaken the country and relate to the national security; can not transfer anything violate the local laws, national laws and international laws. It is forbidden to access the others’ computers without permission. If user cannot comply with the agreement mentioned above, the Caravan Club would cancel the user’s ID by independent judgment and claim his/her responsibility. User need to be responsible for his/her own conducts during the online service. If user spreads and propagates anything reactionary, obscene or against the laws, the records of the online service might be used as the evident in court. 12. Guarantee User agree to guarantee and protect the profit of the Caravan Club, its partners and all its crew, pay his/her retaining fee exceed the service area, his/her indemnification of violating the user agreement and the recourse fee for the abused ID, password and the other copyrights 13. Termination of the services User and the Caravan Club are able to termine the service according to the situation. The Caravan Club can termine the service at anytime, and is not responsible to anyone or to the third party. If user disagrees with the user agreement or with the further mortification of the agreement, or is unsatisfied with the service of the Caravan Club, he/her only has the recourse below: 1) Stop using the service of the Caravan Club 2) Termine the qualification of using the service of the Caravan Club 3) Inform the Caravan Club to termine his/her service After the termination of the user service, the user has no qualification to apply the service of the Caravan Club. From that moment on, the Caravan Club has no obligation to the user. 14. Notification All the notification for the users is sent by email or letters. The Caravan Club sends the information to the user through mail service, informs the mortification of user agreement, change of the services or other important issues. 15. Users and the Caravan Club are under the administration of the superior court. Any clauses of the user agreement that conflicts with national laws would be re-interpreted in a closest way.
